Professional Staff

Dr. Anderson is a licensed clinical and diagnostic audiologist with over 15 years of experience providing quality hearing care to patients of all ages. She has worked in a variety of settings including school systems, university clinics, hospitals and private practices, and also with ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeons providing both diagnostic and aural rehabilitative services.

Dr. Anderson received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. She also received her Master of Arts (Audiology) degree from the University of Illinois, and her Bachelor of Science (Speech and Hearing Science) from Arizona State University.

Dr. Anderson is a licensed audiologist in the State of Illinois, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Gima Vergara, Au.D., FAAA earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology from Illinois State University. She earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Audiology degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Vergara completed her fourth year Au.D. externship at the Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center where she performed hearing aid dispensing, vestibular evaluations, and audiometric evaluations for adult and pediatric populations. Dr. Vergara's particular areas of interest in Audiology are hearing amplification, auditory rehabilitation, vestibular evaluation, and evoked potential evaluations. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
